Why we're hiring our first Email Marketing Manager now**:**

In the last year, email marketing has emerged as a key lead generation channel and layer in our marketing stack. We are looking for a data-driven email manager to fully develop this channel. They will be responsible for making key investments in software and tooling, data sourcing and quality, scaling of campaigns, and the overall orchestration of the email engine. This is a strategic hire that will help us accelerate growth and develop an email center of excellence to support other functions within the company.

As the first Email Marketing Manager at EvenUp, you will:

• Own email marketing strategy, execution, and goals to accelerate growth, increase funnel conversion, and drive revenue.
• Develop and maintain audience segmentation, personalization, action triggers, and data hygiene that reconciles with our CRM. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
• Build out the email marketing infrastructure, starting with an evaluation of our current email stack and domain health. Methodically assess and implement of upgrades, and finally, establish new processes to maximize deliverability and prepare the channel for scalable growth.
• Write outstanding email copy and produce new assets, creative, and formats for testing (familiarity with HTML is a plus).
• Create and execute a thoughtful testing roadmap accompanied by full-funnel reporting to show impact beyond customer engagement, including top funnel growth, conversion rate optimization, and revenue contribution.
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis, including strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure ongoing email data privacy compliance and maintain industry-wide best practices for deliverability.
• Develop and maintain an email calendar that seamlessly integrates with the company-level marketing calendar and strategy, including proactive communication of campaigns with the wider GTM team.
• Manage stakeholder communications, including creating project plans, conducting launch meetings, coordinating co-marketing opportunities, and reporting on performance.
• You have done this before with 3+ years of experience in B2B or B2C email marketing.
